Interview Review - I was at Orra's Borivali west store for an interview on 27/3/25 and was interviewed by Ms. Nivedita and was called for a final round with Area Branch Manager Mr. Santosh Yadav on 28/3/25 at Sky City Mall, Borivali store. It was scheduled at 12:00 pm and upon reaching the location, ABM wasn't present. I waited for 4 hrs but the store staffs kept saying he is on the way and will reach in sometime. Atlast I walked away at 4pm. HR stopped receiving calls after 2:30PM. A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF RECRUITING. I'D NOT RECOMMENDED THIS BRAND FOR A JOB. There senior employee's behavior is arogant and rude, every manager treated the as a local jewellery shop staff I was worked as Relationship Executive and there sales staff treated me like I was belonging to the third party employee, it was soo disrespectful for me It is also a reason for me to quit the Job.
