Worst condition of salary increment from 4 and half there is no increment and promotions. Most of the people dissatisfied with salary. Everyone wants personal growth as well as financial growth. No wants to work same salary for so many years

Overall management team from upper management till lower management is very help ,company has excellent platform for learning and development, work environment is very friendly and professional at the same time

Dislikes

Their is nothing bad to say about Alshay Group, would like work again in the future with Alshaya Group if they open stores in India or somewhere else except gulf countries
