There is nothing to like anything. I rated so bad and only reason is that i faced so much partially in this company.i lot of suffering from exploitation in this worst company. I never recommend to work with this company. There are no good hikes, no work support, no training provided, no fixed office timings, totaly time and waste of your future.

Dislikes

There are two types of employees 1) employees which have lot of work and they didn't have any back end support. 2) employees which is totally depends on number 1 type of employees. They are totally free from pressure work load, they haven't any separate responsibility. They are working only 2-4 hours hardly.

They ll showcase u the limelights when u join as if you are joining in a very big MNC which is much far away from reality.

Dislikes

The employees at family office are very mean and they have a team where they ll never let anyone stay in the company. They keep a good command over the business and manipulating owners in a way to secure directorship in the company and not letting anyone to enter the business. They ll not even involve the new employee in business and it's discussion. And ll use this to kick u off the company.

I like the culture and the environment of the company. People are good and you will feel the connection between company and employees. Owners made some policies so you can't feel that you are not in your country. The accomodation and the other facilities which was given by the company are amazing.

Nothing to dislike other than promotions and increment.
