Since the company is operating at a loss, there will be no promotions or salary hikes. The worst part is that if you are a contractor, securing a permanent position won’t be easy—it typically takes 2 to 3 years, depending on the company’s growth. However, if you join as a permanent employee, your initial pay will be good, but salary hikes will be relatively low.
