Everything, HRs are trying to save their jobs as boot lickers, one HR accused his/ her boss and took the next promotion. Technical people are not valued, legacy processes and insecure leadership and people. People congratulate each other if they survive the day...AVOID AVOID STAY AWAY !!

The mother company of Allstate India - Allstate Insurance is well-recognized and a very old brand in US. Also, considering that Allstate US is performing "just well" financially, the Allstate India is stable(currently) in terms of Job security.
Allstate India was awesome in terms of culture and benefits when it started back in 2012. However, things have deteriorated since then and it is no less than a service company nowadays! * The new leadership/management are primarily from service companies and they have been bringing the service mindset and politics! They no longer have the "Product Mindset". Nowadays, working culture at Allstate India is very similar to that of HCL, TechM etc.. The capable leaders who were instrumental in building Allstate have been systematically sidelined. * Currently, No onsite opportunities - long term or short term (post-covid). Earlier(pre-covid), when there were few onsite opportunities - if someone somehow managed to go onsite and grew to establish dependency and take up leadership roles at Allstate, US - the offshore managers ensured that they work like the "Indian Crab" to pull them down and ensure they do NOT succeed. * The benefits that they used to provide have been cut-down due to constant budget cuts over the past few years and also due to increase in number of employees! Salary hike is very poor, where in a new employee gets a decent hike of 30+% and the employee working from years won't even get 10% properly, it would be really good if employee gets a decent yearly hike like around minimum 20%

1. I joined Allstate with huge hopes in a senior role with 10+ years experience and the Ireland based ABI management lay off my entire team within a year. At this stage of our careers we were not offered any support from the HR team as there is no bench policy here. We were only offered 15 days of severance pay and were made to signa MoU that we will not post anything on social media about this incident. I know once incident cannot determine the overall company brand value but please note this has happened inside this company and not an isolated incident that the company shouldn't held responsible for. We all struggled for 4 months to make ourselves positioned to an suitable job in an already low demand job market. We cannot explain our struggle in words, Monthly EMIs, job ghosting by other companies, other company HR taking advantage of our situations. My only request to this company is go for contract hiring only don't play with senior candidates careers. I felt like writing to Labor commission about this incident with a copy of MoU which was illegal but due to poor governance in India I thought of redirecting this energy towards something meaningful. 2. There are no onsite opportunity which is why company attracts you with little extra pay with no job security. You would be fired any day. 3. Heavy politics. I have seen position were forcefully created overnight to save a senior management employee from getting fired while the new joiners were terminated with just 15 days of severance pay....Read More

Transportation is good door pickup and drop apart from that nothing.
They pay you good salary but 100% No job security they can remove you at any time please think before join I am suffering now. My life spoiled because of this company think EMI, commitments etc..
