Over all a good company. There is job security if you are being ethical. Also so much ground to grow.

Dislikes

Packages are quite low when compared to other companies and there is only 1 incentive plan every year and its very hard to get a good rating as its 50% based on extra work you do.

Allstate is one of the best company I have worked for. The work life balance is just perfect, I love the company culture and I am really satisfied with the growth and promotion

8 days work from office in a month . Applause points Internet reimbursement

Daily checkin when you login and check out when you log out and when you miss we need to ask manager to fix this ( daily we need to keep alarm to for this work). Getting promotion is very difficult benfits have reduced. Work has been incresed. Shift allownace is just 300rs and have rumour it will be removed from 1st jan 2025 Lot oflayoffs - we hear about layoff every 3 months once (imagine how much scary it will be ) It is like service based company only...Read More

Salary hike is very poor, where in a new employee gets a decent hike of 30+% and the employee working from years won't even get 10% properly, it would be really good if employee gets a decent yearly hike like around minimum 20%

Promotion is delayed, lot of politics, good work goes unrecognized, you will mostly be reporting to technically incompetent managers

Transportation is good door pickup and drop apart from that nothing.

They pay you good salary but 100% No job security they can remove you at any time please think before join I am suffering now. My life spoiled because of this company think EMI, commitments etc.. Zero trust if u have trust you can join/stay. finally one day you will get call you need to resign immediately struggles starts. I know how many peoples removed from Allstate.

Everything, HRs are trying to save their jobs as boot lickers, one HR accused his/ her boss and took the next promotion. Technical people are not valued, legacy processes and insecure leadership and people. People congratulate each other if they survive the day...AVOID AVOID STAY AWAY !!

1)Managing work is easy since there is no good quality work. Mostly documentation work. 2)Re-org will happen very frequently. It looks like the company is not doing well internally

1)No employee benefits 2)treats employees like serviced based employees 3)No job security, every year (nov-dec) they do a silent lay-off asking employees to resign. 4)No time for family or dinner since they have night calls and meetings. 5)have to work on shifts 6)Managers are concerned about their alliance and interests.
