It’s terrible working with Allsec, Lot of politics in one of International project, No promotion, Appraisal is just for name sake. Clients involvement is more.. if u any to waste your time and future then join this company. Domestic is rely good but international project is worst.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
