Allsec technology is a worst company I had never seen else, heavy pressure,Managers won't understand employee's problems they only need sales.sales sales always shouting at employees to get sales.still many dislikes is their, security want to respect employees,but that is completely reverse,the company is like college,I like to call it college not a company eg:- checking mobiles everyday 🤦

There is no facility for employees like, no canteen, no bag locker, no facility for mobile locker, IJP is just for showing off but employees can't get promotion here. Experience is ok but not good

I like to say that in whole allsec technologies work space. I loved that I had chance in SANTHOSH SIR (7010839) TEAM it's a lifetime memorable thing in my life and our manager sir " Srikanth" sir is also a very good and work ethics Person and show empathy to every person in his under control a very well experience in the allsec technologies

Only that breaks time is so little And need a cafe area for the office not for lease and need to be updated for not allowing that mobiles that should be removed

The thing I dislike most about working at Allsec Technologies is the behavior of my Team Leader Akash Varma 7020680. They often use the threat of the 'Zero Tolerance Policy' (ZTP) to blackmail, and they try to establish personal relationships with female employees by promising promotions. The company is good, but this kind of environment creates discomfort and stress in the workplace."
