It gives flexibility employees to go and do things which are innovative. They have processes for every thing so even if you come new, you don't get lost. Mangers are very supportive.

I love this company. Many employees left the job but again came back as they really take care of employees.

zero work life balance. work all time. No free time. too much work. Even after office time. Bosses no good. Disrespectful. SOmetimes shouting in front of every one. no ethics and always angry. somethimes make personal comment and bad language Pay very low. salery comes late on 11th or more late. not good for growth. no promotion or very much delay and little salry growth. Noisy office. stress all time. when they dont need you they fire. and dont even give full salary or notice. or expereince letter. bad policies. not appreciate hard work. No documents provided related to joining, experience etc. Harsh and unsupportive behaviour from the higher officials. They try to keep a person just for work without any written procedure done. No work life balance and one of the worst company culture.

This is my dream role. I always wanted to work with company who will give me chance do PR & Marketing for Global MNC companies. I also got a chance to travel across India & Singapore. It is very safe for girls. We have women working from home also. They take care of employees. Very considerate environment. There is nothing to like about Alden. The only thing I liked about the company were my colleagues.

1) no work life balance 2) toxic work culture 3) salaries were not given on time 4) incentives are promised but not given 5) boss is very rude, he has no respect for his employees. He treats them as his 24/7 personal secretary.
