Alden global gives time to learn your job. The seniors will guide you to do your job and support you. You are working with global MNC customers in the world. I had low experience but they really coached me to do big things here.

Nothing much. I have seen some people who were poor performers have left wrong reviews at Ambition box. This is wrong on the employees part. Its a great place to work.

its okay for freshers. you can learn little bit. Some colleagues nice. office location good.

zero work life balance. work all time. No free time. too much work. Even after office time. Bosses no good. Disrespectful. SOmetimes shouting in front of every one. no ethics and always angry. somethimes make personal comment and bad language Pay very low. salery comes late on 11th or more late. not good for growth. no promotion or very much delay and little salry growth. Noisy office. stress all time. when they dont need you they fire. and dont even give full salary or notice. or expereince letter. bad policies. not appreciate hard work. Everyone is unhappy. boss himself confused. dont give laptop or mobile sim or other tools. no help SAVE YOURSELF and if you are still there go look for other job asap....Read More

No documents provided related to joining, experience etc. Harsh and unsupportive behaviour from the higher officials. They try to keep a person just for work without any written procedure done. No work life balance and one of the worst company culture.

This is my dream role. I always wanted to work with company who will give me chance do PR & Marketing for Global MNC companies. I also got a chance to travel across India & Singapore. It is very safe for girls. We have women working from home also. They take care of employees. Very considerate environment.
