The open and collaborative work environment indeed provides a push towards teamwork and creativity. What I liked most about the company was working with a dynamic team that helped brainstorm and solve problems together.I have worked on challenging projects where the collaboration of the team gave rise to very innovative solutions that we wouldn't have come up with by yourself alone

What is exciting and new about working here is that we have a young very dynamic CEO, who listens to new ideas. One day when we were pitching a new idea for a product feature, the CEO not only supported but actively participated in its development process. This openness really motivates us to think creatively and contribute more

Best place for freshers I would say. Seniors working here are well experienced and qualified in their area of expertise. I get to learn lot from my seniors. Plus, the company has its own prestigious reputation in the market. 1.Managemet is terrible as they took big decisions in the product by discussing with the experience developers who dont have any knowledge. 2.No Code Review 3.No Inter team relations. 4.Every developer write rubbish code whatever they like. 5.Some Developers are terrible they dont have minimum coding knowledge and web developmentknowledge 6.They only hire the developers who dont have skills and who showoff by prompting ChatGpt 7.No Friendly nature from Team Leads. 8.Max developers are from Some college in vizag 9.Some Product managers dont have simple knowlege about how a web product works and they choose worst functionality 10.product managers are from the same college. 11.No knowledge gain...Read More

Whenever er have a discussion on new project, we sit together share our thoughts and collectively bring somethings unique to the table that could benefit the project. Till now, my exposure as a business analyst has been great. The different types of projects enabled me to understand the business process in depth and contribute to its betterment. Just a few days ago I went through an analysis of ne og=f the jey project that allowed me to smoothen the operation , which si quite challenging but yes it gave me much of learning experience

My job is not limited to a single task, I work on multiple aspects and that's the best part of my job that I love the most. Since my journey with the company, I got along and learned a lot from many people. positive side , I have received recognition and rewards for my performance through appraisals. Been here from 3 years, and am still going strong with the company. The work environment is pressure- free and the best part for me as a Graphic Designer, I get to work with creative liberty. Being a pre sales consultant, i regularly create sales strategies and set target in line with the company's business goal.It challenging role, but I like to do it. Management also is very understanding and supportive they have helped me with productive assistance on many intervals

Activities in the company are quite organized and they are actually quite fun once on them, adding to the fun of work as one becomes a more integrated part of the team. I have fresh memory of how one of the recent team building created better bonding within us and added a lot of positivity energy to the office

I handle many projects with tight deadlines. If you are capable, even if you don’t carry relevant experience, you will be assigned with responsible tasks. I got to work with the latest tech. Company values new talent and provide plenty of chances to grow.
