Till now, my exposure as a business analyst has been great. The different types of projects enabled me to understand the business process in depth and contribute to its betterment. Just a few days ago I went through an analysis of ne og=f the jey project that allowed me to smoothen the operation , which si quite challenging but yes it gave me much of learning experience

The open and collaborative work environment indeed provides a push towards teamwork and creativity. What I liked most about the company was working with a dynamic team that helped brainstorm and solve problems together.I have worked on challenging projects where the collaboration of the team gave rise to very innovative solutions that we wouldn't have come up with by yourself alone

The best company would be for those looking to make a career as a business analyst. It's not an easy professional, it comes along with long hours resources, and patience with results followed by our sole productive efforts

Rest Immediate management would be good but the top Management is hopeless. Micro management Constantly reminding on deduction in appraisal and removing from job. Strict working hours and every hour, one should update the report on the work done. You are made to give false promises to clients and later blamed for promising. The company does a great job in terms of offering leadership, irrespective of experience. This allows me to take a leadership role on the project quite early in my career. Further getting the chance to explore cross-functional roles has truly enhanced my career

Even so some of your focus can become too thin at times in playing diverse roles through the overall growth and learning opportunities make it worth it

The company has a very flexible culture and allows us to try new things, which makes work exciting and very innovative. For instance, I was able to pilot a new project management tool that helped our team on the efficiency side. We also have a young, very dynamic CEO who is open to ideas all the time and supports creative initiatives with his attitude so that atmosphere is future uplifted

My job is not limited to a single task, I work on multiple aspects and that's the best part of my job that I love the most. Since my journey with the company, I got along and learned a lot from many people. positive side , I have received recognition and rewards for my performance through appraisals. Much thankful for it.

Been here from 3 years, and am still going strong with the company. The work environment is pressure- free and the best part for me as a Graphic Designer, I get to work with creative liberty. My seniors give me that space to work with my creative thoughts and that’s why I am never bored and always love my working.

Being a pre sales consultant, i regularly create sales strategies and set target in line with the company's business goal.It challenging role, but I like to do it. Management also is very understanding and supportive they have helped me with productive assistance on many intervals

What is exciting and new about working here is that we have a young very dynamic CEO, who listens to new ideas. One day when we were pitching a new idea for a product feature, the CEO not only supported but actively participated in its development process. This openness really motivates us to think creatively and contribute more

Activities in the company are quite organized and they are actually quite fun once on them, adding to the fun of work as one becomes a more integrated part of the team. I have fresh memory of how one of the recent team building created better bonding within us and added a lot of positivity energy to the office
