There's nothing to like about this company seriously

Let's talk about dislikes shall we? 1. If u can't give attention senior's (teamleader) you are no good for this company 2. They'll check you for 3 months(this 3 months is a they check how much u can attention to your teamleaders you know Others they'll kick you out without even any notice 3. The collection manager is rude and will check you from behind 4. They'll say 12k per month,then 2k cut off for pf n all 5. They'll say incentive is amazing n all,but the problem is most of the month they'll cut your incentive in half because acording to higher authorities they can't effort that much incentives and fill that in their pockets. ( Yes you'll work hard enough then they'll not even gave you your part of ghe incentives) 6. Working schedule is absolutely terrible than you think It's says 6 days work but it's overall 7days work anyway.and sometimes they'll say to come at office at 9am. (9.00-7.00 for 10k isn't worthy) 7. You can't expect good behaviours 8. Sometimes salary came late! 9. You can't have family lufe if u work here Pro tip ;) If you are a male and you are under joyeeta's team all you have to do give enough attention to her and you'll be the best 😆 if you know,you know Female employees don't expect respect But allover it's a bad company anyway , don't waste your time here...Read More
