The office is at well known geographical location, easy to find. Overall flexible with timings and can be found for employee engagement.

Dislikes

Very bad in terms of salary and settlements. No matter what they will always have some reason to play with employees emotions in terms of money. For no reasons they delay in settlements, the delay may be indefinite time. Also they will do monopoly with employees while paying the settlement amounts with ndirect blackmailing the employees. Not at all supportive. Atleast they must understand as an human the need of money for all the people working. No humanity at all....Read More

one of the owner is really concern about money . he only want employee to work like 9-10Hour but in return he dont want to give a penny also . and his behaviours towads employee is like slave. always shouting to employee . when u resign he start his main drama . he dont want to give u settlement money he will delay it like no timeline may be more than a year then after millions of followup they start paying in chillers in interval of 3months. if your FNFS is more(ex Rs 50,000) then they only process half of it around after 2 years of long wait....Read More

Very fraudulently framed offer letters and bond papers, even the website. Salary is extremely low. Favouritism is a thing here. The people around you will never make you feel good about yourself. Authorities love to defame you for everything. They make you wait unnecessarily for everything that's work related. Salary is a huge constraint.

Whole total employee is less than 20 excluding owners. Most of the employees are fresher. No training session happened. You have to learn through websites and do the work. Maximum employees leave the company due to work load. One project incude three or less employees. Company lied in their website about the branch in USA and Banglore. Notice period is 2 month and this period they will torture you for extra work. After 4 to 5 month they will give the notice period amount but partially.
