Top management is trying to work the way forward but I guess lot of fine tuning is required

Incompetent heads have been positioned in various verticals of engineering who instead of empowering and training the staff in the team are trying to make the company more and more dependent on themselves and gobbling up all the benefits in like training etc which should be shared with the team so as whole the organization grows notjust the head.Also top management is distributing Designations without due diligence...Read More

The skill based programs and learning opportunities are amazing. Some perks are good. People are nice and willing to help. Even the legacy employees are welcoming. 5 days working

Work wise, it's an okay place but yes can say, one can think of opportunities and challenges in a positive way as transformation is happening. Chaotic and old systems are in place, which makes it really challenging to keep working with. Reduces the pace of work and delayed outcomes. Org. structure is a mess.

Absolutely unethical company. They promise certain things during the interview process however back off later. These people claim to be employee friendly however they are absolutely not. They turn a blind eye towards their employees facing financial crunch and force them to relocate without any financial support. HR s do not respond and crew welfare department is a big joke

Supervisor are doing grouping and creating toxic environments and troubling technicians, doing partiality and many more thing thus technicians are compelled to resign. Supervisors are powered by some managers and even some managers are also involved. I am giving these feedback and hope this would be secret for my privacy.

Yes i am grateful for the advantages you get about the staff travel allowance which lets you travel in airplanes on a minimum fare but other than that I don’t think there’s anything else to like for atleast from the employee point of view

The rostering team (Crew Operations) is what they call it here. They are the worse kind of humans out there. they never understand any situation of what you go through. Even if you are sick they will want you to come and show proofs even if someone is dead and you ask for a leave they will ask for proof. And truly honestly the management really sucks out here. They never try and help the crew if they require something. Half of the time the crew is sitting in the stand by room. the crew is not even paid for the halts that they have between the flights. the work life balance is almost next to zero. they do not care if you have something really important to attend to they just dont care. The only answer you will get when you request for something is . kindly maintain your roster may it be whatever reason you ask for. they literally treat you like you’re in school . as soon as you wear the uniform it feels like you’re in school you just can’t deal with them. There are so many different rules and regulations in the company and management dont even care about the crew’s welfare whether they are really happy or not. instead they’ll keep poking flaws out of you even if you miss out on the smallest of things from their rule books. and its not more like a correction but more like a warning to the crew. it really sucks in this company. And for everything you do for the company the pay they provide to the crew is peanuts. literally so less i think if you work on yourself for the time you give to this company you will earn much more than you can ever imagine. it’s just a waste of time and energy and your potential working with this company which does not care about their employees at all. Underqualified and undeserving employees from low cost carriers are hired without any background checks to run this airlines who absolutely have no idea how to function . Air India had a force of well spoken and smart flight attendants but right now in the name of expansion, just about anybody and everybody is getting hired. Experienced employees not valued anymore which is a shame.
