Provide support and assistance in the successful execution of cabin crew training programs
Ensure that cabin crew members receive the necessary training and support to deliver exceptional service, maintain safety standards, and uphold the airlines reputation for excellence
Key Accountabilities
Training Operations
Assist in implementing training programs for cabin crew members that align with the airlines brand and customer service standards
Prepare training schedules, booking training venues, and ensuring all required training materials are available and up-to-date
Support in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
Handle logistical aspects of training sessions, such as setting up training rooms, all specialized classrooms , arranging necessary equipment and materials, and ensuring a conducive learning environment for trainees
Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to cabin crew training
Assist in monitoring post-flight feedback, assessing cabin services training courses and amending and proposing new training courses where required, as part of the company s continuous service improvement strategy
Maintain accurate and organized training records for cabin crew members
Facilitate communication between the Training Specialist and cabin crew members regarding training schedules, updates, and any changes to training programs
Ensure that all training activities adhere to aviation regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
Ensure training activities meet the organization s financial objectives and hence selecting efficient and cost-effective training activities.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
