We are seeking an experienced Training Head to lead our learning and development initiatives in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills, customer service, and product knowledge. This role requires expertise in training methodologies, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Strategy & Development: Design and implement training programs aligned with business goals and employee skill enhancement.
Product & Process Training: Develop and execute training modules on jewellery craftsmanship, materials, and customer service excellence.
Leadership & Soft Skills Development: Facilitate leadership programs, communication training, and professional development workshops.
E-learning & Digital Training: Integrate digital tools and e-learning platforms to provide scalable training solutions.
Assessment & Performance Tracking: Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Compliance & Industry Standards: Ensure training programs adhere to industry regulations and best practices.
Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with HR, Sales, and Operations to address training needs across the organization.
Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Manage training budgets and optimize resources for maximum impact.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance training methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Master s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field
