Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and engage customers across multiple channels. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury marketing, digital trends, and consumer behavior in the jewellery market.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the jewellery market.
Digital Marketing & E-commerce: Oversee digital campaigns, social media, influencer collaborations, and website optimization to drive online engagement and sales.
Retail & Offline Marketing: Plan and execute in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and experiential marketing events.
Content & Campaign Management: Create compelling marketing campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and promotional content to enhance customer engagement.
Public Relations & Media: Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand visibility.
Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and track industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Advertising & Partnerships: Develop advertising strategies and collaborate with external agencies and brand partners for promotional activities.
Sales Support & Lead Generation: Work closely with the sales team to create marketing initiatives that drive conversions and revenue growth.
Budgeting & Performance Tracking: Manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance, and optimize ROI through data-driven decision-making.
