Job Title: HR Head - Jewellery Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead our human resources function in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of workforce management in the luxury retail and manufacturing sector, ensuring a high-performance culture and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the jewellery industry.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring high employee morale and engagement.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and development programs to enhance employee productivity.
HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry-specific regulations.
Training & Development: Design and oversee employee training programs to build skills and enhance career growth.
Compensation & Benefits Management: Develop competitive compensation structures and employee benefit plans.
Workforce Planning: Align HR strategies with business goals to support growth and expansion.
Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations: Handle grievances, mediate conflicts, and maintain a fair and inclusive work environment.
HR Technology & Process Optimization: Leverage HR software for efficient payroll, employee records, and performance tracking.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Expertise in HR policies, compliance, and talent management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR technology and digital HR tools
Ability to develop and implement employee engagement strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in the retail industry
