Qualification
Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in HR leadership roles, must in the IT or technology sector.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations in India.
Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
