Job Description
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team who is passionate about creating test suites for our products and help us maintain and elevate our commitment to quality. As a QA Engineer at CCTech, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our software and products meet the highest standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Drive and participate in code and document reviews, mentoring team in best practices
- Build a team of QA engineers.
Requirements
- Educational Background: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in CS, IT, Mechanical, Civil or a related field.
- 2+ Years experience as a QA engineer
- Bachelor of Engineering in any stream - At least one QA Manual/Automation course certification
- Knowledge of Test Planning, Test Case Development, Test Execution, Defect Management, and API Testing.
- Experience in Desktop Application/Web application Automation testing.
