If you re passionate about customer satisfaction and success, join us in creating exceptional experiences that turn users into advocates.You need to be a HODLer of these Any Graduate + TTT certification is preferred Min 3 yrs of experience in L&D Should be having at least 3+yrs of experience Must be well versed with LMS Platform Should have handled a team and has ability to drive soft skills training Should be able to do TNI (Training Need Analysis)You will be mining through these tasksDeveloping Training Programme Design and create comprehensive training materials, including manuals & training videos Update training content to reflect changes in products and services Work closely with managers/ TL s/ SME s to identify training needs and priorities Create Process note for all product/ process related updates and conduct training for both internal and external team. Training Delivery Conduct training sessions for new hires Conduct TNI & refresher session based on audit observations Conduct Process update training for both internal & external team Incorporate various training strategies such as lectures, role-playing, and scenario-based sessions & self learningAssessment and Evaluation Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes & DIP Check and Share the evaluation score with respective stakeholders Provide constructive feedback to participants and discuss areas for improvement Prepare RAG analysis for individual agent and share with respective stakeholders Monthly assessment Conduct DIP check Documentation and Reporting Maintain training tracker, participant attendance, and assessment results Track PKT & DIP Check scores Share pre and post analysis score post refresher Share monthly assessment score with internal & external teamsAre you the oneOur missing block You are knowledge-hungry when it comes to VDA and Web3, always eager to dive deeper and stay ahead in this evolving space.
