Senior Manager-Training

Job Role:

Lead, Manage, Deliver & Coordinate training of New Hire & Existing academic staff PAN India.

Job Responsibilities :

Training & Development -

1. 1) Work closely and communicate effectively with CXOs and Senior Business leaders to identify/ assess training priorities on an ongoing basis and proactively develop solutions to drive business.

2. Lead, develop & manage the onboarding, induction & training program for academic talent ensuring a seamless transition & learning for job readiness

3. Curate learning & engagement content for in-house LMS, conduct soft skills training sessions for staff members as and when required.

4. Design Content & Develop training programs as per need analysis (TNA).

5. Discuss & understand training needs (TNI) by closing working with concerned authorities like Regional Heads/ Regional Director.

6. Leading 90 Days classroom training program.

7. Training Performance management

Employee Engagement -

1) Conduct Focused Group Discussions & Employee Monthly Connects to reach out to internal & external customers, establish connect, understand their concerns & identify gaps to enhance the offered services.

2) Formulate & host Cultural Awareness Program to establish a healthy & value-driven work culture within the team.

Desired Qualification & Skill Requirements:

1. 12 to 15 years of experience in Induction Training & Soft Skill sessions for Teachers/Faculties.
2. Candidate should be from consulting background
3. High energy, collaborative attitude, ability to develop & maintain strong relationships.
4. Creative thinking, problem solving & enterprising work style.
5. Familiarity with content creation tools like Camtasia, Canva, Powtoons will be an added advantage.
