Internal Customers In all the above mentioned three points I would like to share that they all are useless if you need any help they will come after you die. They say we have policy with transparency but actually it is not, they say we have open culture but you can not talk to upper management for guidance or for grievance which your reporting manager is unable to resolve .. Old school culture, treat staff like primary school students. Strict timing and punish like school children. Unnecessary irritating staff on name of grooming. Seniors specially manager behave staff like a slave. He only listen supervisors. If anyone misbehave with you they won't listen to you, you were also viewed as liar. Manager only listen to boot lickers and those who give liquor treat to him. Manager always asking you to bring food for him. Unnecessarily comments on you and your body. Never give proper leaves when necessary. Always make drama when u have any urgent work. Insults you a lot in front of your juniors and ask you to look over your juniors and they will listen you. No salary increment, no bonus, no promotion. Also maintaining strict timing to come and go at time of corona also. Show off a lot that they are a good company. But these are confidence sucker, demotivating, they were having no humanity. Don't trust their own staff, but all work to be done by same staff. Mental harrassment is too much. Supervisor call you even when you are on leave. Top management only listen to your manager, they won't concern about you. If you were not satisfied you may leave. Not talking about growth but compensation is not good.required a female supervisor also for approachable disscution for girls and should be a 8 hours shift only because maximum time staff continue their shift more than 8 hours without any overtime charge.
