There is nothing as such I didn’t like about Vistara, but would like to suggest one thing is timings can be managed and working patterns as well. i.e.,6 days working and 2 weekoff

A lot many things, 1. Management 2. Peoples including higher and lower management 3. Internal Customers In all the above mentioned three points I would like to share that they all are useless if you need any help they will come after you die. They say we have policy with transparency but actually it is not, they say we have open culture but you can not talk to upper management for guidance or for grievance which your reporting manager is unable to resolve </mark>.. Was offended and mock by trainer on the first day of training because I am arts graduate. Work culture feels like very strict principal-student relationship. Senior thinks they know everything of everything. Below average pay. One year experience new hire staff gets twice/thrice more pay than the staff working with them since 4-5 years.
