Was offended and mock by trainer on the first day of training because I am arts graduate. Work culture feels like very strict principal-student relationship. Senior thinks they know everything of everything. Below average pay. One year experience new hire staff gets twice/thrice more pay than the staff working with them since 4-5 years.
