Only salary and joining bonus is good.

Dislikes

Management is really bad. Roasters are not pre planned and always issue with system and good work is punished with addtional work.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue rather forced us to work in hostile environment. Salary disbursement is very slow which demotivates any employee who needs money to sustain.
