Only salary and joining bonus is good.
Dislikes
Management is really bad. Roasters are not pre planned and always issue with system and good work is punished with addtional work.

Good and wanted to work more but unfortunately there was no hike in salary and position so left working after 13 years.learnt lot of things from seniors.was very tough task to handle the misconnection passenger and cancelled flights passenger.but liked to work under pressure.it was very challenging job.
