Pay Scale is Good since they hire you on contract so take the money from the client.

Contract by the client can end anytime. Even they don't know when will the contract end. They lie to you that it's a long time contract just to hire you, Also they don't pay the salary of the contract is ended and no health insurance benefits if the contract is ended, you still remain Agreeya employee but with no salary and insurance. Do not Fall for the trap and Take everything in writing.

They are forcing me to join as soon as possible. They are calling me on weekends, and also on rakhi festival and 15th august (for discussing about joining their company) They are also providing me many solution to get early release from my previous company by giving some irrelevant reason. They are also asking me to join their company as a contract mean while also suggesting me to serve my NP in my previous company. Toxic work Culture, no work life balance, Manager does not care about your health,Micromanagement, have leave policy but manager does not approve it’s useless to have leaves, force employees to work on weekends as per policy its permanent off, illiterate Human Resource team does not resolve issues, they will take more than 90 days to clear your FNF being such big organisation.
