Advantal is the one having best working environment.I found a great learning and a box lots of unforgettable moments.Worked with best team with lots of positivity and enthusiasm. Every new challenge was a new opportunity and as a team the joy of satisfaction on every success was the beauty.

Dislikes

Few management rules can be upgraded or some employees banifitial program can be introduced.

Work Details

I worked as senior web developer over there. It was around 3 years I have spend over there. Worked on Java , Php, Database , Xmpp and Voip Protocols.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
