Best company to work for. Work life balance is good and the higher management has vision. Although the benefits, compensation, and insurance coverage for employees could improve a little.

Nothing, the ADP is very different from what he were or hear about it. There are disgusting things going on in ADP and complete management is part of it. 80% of girls in ADP holds good position as they do everything asked by the male senior managers. Ther r shared among the managers and then they get promoted and this is the realityas I have evidence for the same. Many a times the male executives bring their wife's and share then with senior managers. And few of them bring their daughters if they cross 18.. plz don't join this company especially when u r a female.......Read More

Disgusting management, senior managers have physical relationship with their agents and I challenge anyone to prove me wrong on these claims.plz stay away from this company especially girls..

Very friendly environment and safe. I liked the activities conducted like yoga, zumba Or anyother (this was before covid) . So with work we have lot of other activities to participate on our intrest like the csr Or annual day .

Some managers are giving Partiality to some member and They are playing corporate politics with employees. It’s sometimes it’s not good.

- ADP uses worst webex for client calls. No way of using teams app. - Outside experienced persons joining ADP can't survive long run. Because middle managers more than 10 plus years will feel and behave like business owners and trample others. - Pathetic leadership especially middle management. If they don't like you then you are targetted though you perform good. They will make you to leave the company by yourself. You will face such a mental harrasement. - Worst free food - Medical insurance reimbursement is not digitized. You have to courier all your original documents. - Variable pay is not even paid 50% as shown in offer - Hikes are less than 2% sometimes no hikes - During go-lives you have to extend and support 15 to 16 hours - Worst Casual leaves. You will be entitled with 12 CL's and can be used continuously for 2 days and not more than that. If falls on Monday/Friday then only one day...Read More

Nothing overall SBS is pathetic in ADP , it was such a trauma working over there.

Dislikes

SBS is the worst domain and management is Pathetic, they never value your work life balance and force you for overtime, plus they promote wrong people who never support you and just dominate you.
