- ADP uses worst webex for client calls. No way of using teams app. - Outside experienced persons joining ADP can't survive long run. Because middle managers more than 10 plus years will feel and behave like business owners and trample others. - Pathetic leadership especially middle management</mark>. If they don't like you then you are targetted though you perform good. They will make you to leave the company by yourself. You will face such a mental harrasement. - Worst free food - Medical insurance reimbursement is not digitized. You have to courier all your original documents. - Variable pay is not even paid 50% as shown in offer - Hikes are less than 2% sometimes no hikes - During go-lives you have to extend and support 15 to 16 hours - Worst Casual leaves. Company is a global giant, it has a good brand. ADP has a good leadership for a service driven company.

Dislikes

-The growth is too slow, the hikes are usually very low no matter how profitable the company is. -There is no pay parity, you can be paid anything they like..there are no slaray slabs/bands for people working at same level -ADP in India is a very below average pay masters -HR team is almost non existant.. they have no touch points or backbone to address employee -there are 0 perks.. literally 0 perks to work here. No reward, recognition..bonuses are paid low..they treat you like a typical lala company in terms of pay.. single digits hike no matter how low your salary is.....Read More

It’s a great place to work. You will create a comfort zone with this company. The leave benefits and health allowances are best. You will not feel like you are working but it feels like a part of your life. You will definitely enjoy working with ADP.

Dislikes

There will be frequent management and leadership changes. Due to which employees has to start performing again and has to prove themselves to the new leader. By the team there is an opportunity created for the employees again a chnage in leadership will happen.

Nothing overall SBS is pathetic in ADP , it was such a trauma working over there.

Dislikes

SBS is the worst domain and management is Pathetic, they never value your work life balance and force you for overtime, plus they promote wrong people who never support you and just dominate you.

Very successful business model. Pay master. Employee centric policies. Good work-life balance. Benefits like cab, comp food, flexi insurance.

Mainly controlled from Hyderabad management. So no growth opportunities in other locations like Pune, Chennai. All opportunities like promotions, new projects etc are passed on to Hyd associates. Others are given second citizen treatment. Most of the products are from acquired companies and use old technologies.
