Previously it used to be better place to work and earn good amount But I know lots of friends who joined admiral in 2013 still there probation is not cleared till dec 2024. So whenever join this company make sure don't get in honey coated benefits of the company when they say you will get ceb of 10k and salary will be increment happens twice a year that's totally a lie.. they can change the probation criteria any time . So if you are getting hired on lesser salary with perks and benifits make sure it will get removed after 3-4 months later...Read More
Management treats you very well at starting of 1-2 months after that holds your salary at any time even if you have provided medical docs to them. They always says with the surveys its great place to work but the policies they have are pathetic . Admiral solution also holded the salary of pregnant lady which was unexpected and shocking for me when I came to know about it. They have multiple policies and benifits but make sure you should never be unfit or any medical reasons should impact your work or else your salary is going to be on hold...Read More

Worst company ever. Don’t think to join admiral ever. They have worst work culture, management. They don’t consider employee’s health or any personal reason which is severe. They don’t give salary as well which they talked about. Worst worst worst company.

There is nothing good there : 1 Internal managers are promoted many times without even proper knowledge my personal manager was promoted without being SCR or often called SME or supervisor as there was no one who was at process. 2 There will be no support from manager if you even die you have to work back and complete your login hours or it will will be marked as unplanned leave and will impact your salary . 3 Biggest scam that you have to handle complaints and if you get complaints from customer and you are unable to help them due to limited resources it will impact your salary even it is a manager or SCR Reffral and it will still impact you in personal and after your manager will make schemes with email and tell you that this is mistake and it will be marked as ZTP(Zero tolerance policy) Next if you wanted to raise this concern to OPS manager within limited period of time you will understand that OPS and manager both are friends and have back end relationship as due to internal promotion some have joined on same dates or year . 4 They mention that they have open door policy you can connect with anyone if you have any concerns but if you do that there will be seprate meetings with HR or higher authority making you the culprit of nothing . 5 They value manager more and more as most of HR guys are recruited from internal promotion and now the big twist manager are also from internal promotion and biggest scam is OPS are also from internal promotion most of them are from same year when they joined company as CCR or Base 1 that is the reason they have that much good coordination that if they wanted to target a employee they can do it by any means are company is only with 1200 members and most of promoted guys were promoted when company was only 300-400 guys . 6 The only thing they care about is business must come to India team from UK so whenever there will be a visit within that time OPS and manager will change there nature so quick that UK people think everything is working fine 7 No people who are deserving will ever get promoted only people who are liked by manager will ever get promoted i have seen many people who have been GA means a person who is master in all process they support team but they will not get promoted as Manager and OPS will only promote only who likes to do whatever they say even if they say do my work they will do that . 8 They love to exploit you inside out until you are crumbled into tears and switch many of employee leave company as soon as they join cause of these things only. 9 Understand manager can do anything and employee cannot do single thing manager wanted leaves for trip they 99% it will get approved even its for month and if employee wanted leaves even for his family mourning you have to do work back or it will be unplanned . 10 If you have been facing and difficulties mentally emotionally it will never be considered one of my friend who joined company with me was handicapped and was unable to walk it was mentioned by them that they will provide WFH to her as she really was handicapped but they called her for 3-4 months straigth she travelled for 5 hours a day and worked for entire 9 hours shift and in end after 4 months she has to leave as they didn't even considered her WFH . I can tell 5000 more points but please boycott this company so you can have better life ....Read More

There salary package was amazing but for some or the other they trained us on a new product which is completely alright but then they Stopped the OT of the team for the reason that the team will get red audits as it's been trained on a product:- my simple one question WHY ?? WHY MY SALARY SHOULD GET AFFECTED
Manager's don't help tbh OT stability is not there If login hrs is even just 1hr short the company marks the day as unplanned

If you are unwell and take leave it will be counted as unplanned and you have to login even if you are dead. If you provide medical document it will still be unplanned. You need to wait for a month to apply leave they have this stupid thing called portal. Once it will open their server get hang and till the time you apply leave all of the dates will be gone then go beg with employee for leave swap. If you have an emergency at home LOG IN NO REASON ACCEPTED If you are facing any IT issues and you are not logged in it will be counted as work back ( means you have to be logged even even after your shift to complete the login hours ) Mental pressure calls after calls not even a second a to breath and if you punch ACW you’ll be forced to remove acw and take calls. In other companies you can punch ACW half n hr before your log out or 15 min but in admiral you have to log in until your shift end and if any call land last minute you have to take it cant sent it back to queue. Probation time is 6 months but if you get three red calls you are not eligible for promotions and it will extend the time for more 3 months so 9 months They have a CEB plan for which they payout 2500₹ a month if you are taking a leave or half day due to emergency you wont get 2500₹ SCR like plus one or called SME they have so much of attitude like they are working in google, they want us to learn everything in 7 months and they say they have learnt the process in 2 years no one on one support all on teams where one scr is giving support to 6 more employees wait for your turn. And after 3 months they say you all are by yourself now no SCR support. A lot more i have but admiral is a DEATH WELL JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK. DONT FALL FOR A TRAP I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY POSITIVE.
