Dirty politics, and Ego manic senior, Having too much ego in Senior person, no employee care, only have to work, work, and only work, not understand any other problem from ground reality, just sitting in AC Cabin and make rosy picture on PPT,. High and inlogical pressure.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
