Role Overview:

The Principal is the academic and administrative leader of the school, responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an excellent learning environment. This role requires visionary leadership, effective management, and a dedication to achieving academic excellence and holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Administration:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the schools vision and mission.
• Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines set by the Rajasthan Board of School Education (RBSE).
• Oversee daily school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure management.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff performance.
• Cultivate a positive school culture that aligns with the institution’s values.
• Responsible to create better outreach for the school and bring increase in admissions
  
  

Academic Excellence:

• Supervise the implementation of the RBSE curriculum and ensure academic standards are met.
• Monitor student performance and introduce initiatives to enhance academic outcomes.
• Promote innovative teaching methodologies and integrate modern educational tools.
• Foster extracurricular and co-curricular activities for well-rounded student development.
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, teachers, and the community.
• Address stakeholder concerns and provide regular updates on school performance.
• Represent the school at local and regional educational events and forums.
  
  

Discipline and Compliance:

• Ensure a safe, secure, and disciplined learning environment for students and staff.
• Address and resolve disciplinary issues in a timely and equitable manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all school activities and operations.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in school leadership or administration (preferred).
• A minimum of 11 years of experience in teaching or educational leadership.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Principal or in a senior administrative role.
