I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. When you do mistake, he will take a screenshot of it, will ask you to explain about the mistake in WebEx and start recording it. 2. Used abusive language. 3. Too much politics. 4. He used different tactics and forced me to resign.
