I gave an interview with this company. It was bizarre as HR (external agency) contacted me saying we have scheduled your interview for tomorrow wherein I have not even applied to any role in this company. After enquiring further it was said the team liked your profile and would like to talk. I attended the interview calls where theyrecorded while I presented the work saying this was only for internal purposes. The process happened very fast and I went through all the 3 rounds in 2 weeks' time. After the final director round, both the HR who kept contacting me went absconding. I contacted one of them and he said he is still waiting to receive feedback from the team. It has been over 2 months now and still, I haven't heard back from any one of them Hiring is not just about finding a candidate it is also about finding a way to work with the best group of people. So please do learn to value candidates' time and work as well by giving feedback.
