Senior people are polite and don't put unnecessary pressure. Annual hike is slightly better than other service organization.

1. HR process is pathetic 2. There is no process of promotion. If someone is in good books of senior management, he/she can get promotion every year, otherwise, you can expect promotion after 10 years of working also. There are couple of people, who didn't get promotion after working more than 10 years also. 3. No push from HR regarding promotion. 4. Growth opportunity is limited. lot of manual works are there. 5. Management is pathetic. They don't give hike during promotion. If your work quality is not good, they will fire you instead of moving to another team or department. Management doesn't like if you talk about your career goals.

Except allowing WFH, Manager is so harsh and taking advantage of this pandemic situation by putting so much pressure and no hike as well. If you are a good licker your chances are more to grow.

Dislikes

Manager is rude, harsh, have limited knowledge and no significant career growth unless you are a good licker. Appraisals are like hell. Treat as labour. Never join. Terrible people with horrible attitudes top up of zero knowledge.

appraisal is purely politics, work environment is horrible, work life balance is terrible. no time for innovation, managers do not encourage employees, demotivating scrum masters and managers in technology team. Developers are always packed with loads of work. promotions are purely based on politics. Scrum masters are hopeless, they always blame developers. I worked in MAKS for 2 years and had a worst experience. no managers are supporting. technology Team is ruled by scrum masters, scrum master has 0 technical knowledge and mandates developers to finish 15 hrs work in 9 hours.
