Earlier I was in Bangalore office that was nice and very friendly people, culture was nice work life balance too.

Dislikes

When I transferred to pune office, here it is like 1 person is manager favourite so manager needs his promotion his work to be less and all extra perks. I was manager there still I use to report DL in that team because DL is favorit of my Associate Director. I don't refer anyone to this company it is shit in pune.

Too toxic work culture And Management has changed recently, now the company is hell, 30% staff has already resigned, more will soon. And they say you can do WFH but will ask you to come to office anyday any time without any reason. It’s Hell

Favoritism with Cians team - its hard to believe that some with just 5 years of experience became "Assistant Director" without any real knowledge. One of the Associate Director says that HR is merely a management puppet that only listen to us. I heard that Associate Director in Cians team promoted early as he was biggest bootlickerand heavy drinker, now he is making cartel of his team in leu of promotion & appraisals, and removed intelligent / genuine people from his team who were not his bootlickers. Dislikes

Work culture, people in senior management are horrible. There is no point of having a POSH training cause even the senior people will harass you, try to get into your personal life and sexually harass junior employees. Management has no tech understanding and micromanages everything.

Promotions here are like dry promotions. There is micro management by Managers. There are rotational shifts in certain teams with employees asked to work in graveyard shifts.

Some Departments were previously a mix of research and analytics projects. However they have been made Tech Teams and Research members don’t get enough opportunities.

The insurance policy is really good. If we compare the insurance policies with other companies, it is awesome.

Acuity was the biggest mistake of my life. I realized this within 1 year and left the company. The work environment is terribly toxic. The managers favor just a certain set of people with whome they have personal relationships. The management is not at all fair and there is no proper redressal of problems. The work in itself is ofgood quality and there is much to learn, but the environment is not at all peaceful. It is full of toxicity and that is the reason for their extra ordinarily high levels of attrition. Acuity will always be hiring even in the low market situation because there is always a larger pool leaving the organisation. I would never join back neither would recommend anyone to join this organisation purely for their terrible work culture and poor management.
