The organization exhibits a propensity for inducing attrition before the completion of the employment bond period through the application of mental and physical duress, thereby compelling employees to forfeit a substantial sum in compensation.
Candidates are required to personally finance their background checks and medical examinations, an aspect that significantly detracts from the organization's appeal.
Rather than fostering a deliberate approach to employee training and upskilling, the company subjects its personnel to an arduous work schedule of 15+ hours per day, including weekends, effectively impeding their ability to enhance their skill sets and rendering resignation an intricate process.
The paltry remuneration offered by the company is disproportionately allocated towards medical expenses, leaving employees with a meager net income.
During quarterly performance evaluations, the company provides a mere 5% increment, justifying this modest raise by attributing the company's dire financial situation.
