There is nothing i like about the company

So many things.. There is no job security, no salary growth, if you don't follow orders blindly you will be next target of Delivery Heads seating in Pune office. Even if you raise concern with HR on policies you will be getting scolding. Within 2 months after bulk joining of me and my entire team i have been told to cut short the salary of half of my team to 40-50% otherwise inform them to look for another job. They dont hire new female candidate in RCC Account.HR Policies are very poor. HR SPOC changed 3-4 times within an year. There is no employee engagement activities. They will tell you over call prior 1 day to relocate to another project without knowing any insights and JD of the proposed role. Company is not crediting salary to Non HDFC Accounts so if any individual has any dispute with HDFC then employee is not having other bank account option and you need to surrender to HDFC bank at your own and settle disputes/queries with bank so that you can get your salary<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary date is 5th of every month and by any chance if 5th and 6th is having holiday then you will get salary on 7th but they wont credit salary on 4th (1 day prior)</mark>. There is lot of influence of client over your employment, if you please client then your job is safe but if you raise any concern in client forum which client is not happy about you shall be the next target in lay off.There is no employee bands or any such structure in organization, no online tool for your direct reportee everything runs on paper or mail. When you resign from the company you will be told to surrender laptops and CUG Phones by courier and they wont even re-imburse the courier cost. You will see very unsupportive leadership seating in Pune when you are in need even after giving your everything to company and they feels that they can treat you like anything and you cannot survive without their blessings in the IT Industry.
