The Culture in the company is great and people are appreciated here. As someone who has entered the corporate world recently, I enjoy working here because they take care of employee satisfaction. There are plenty opportunities to develop professionally and personally. The onboarding process was smooth, and my superiors have been welcoming.

Dislikes

There is not much to dislike about BUSINESSNEXT but one thing which I felt to be a little overwhelming was the training phase, because it was an online setup where you had to attend the training course. That could have been a bit more interactive and structured

For someone who is interested in product development, it is a good place to grow.

Dislikes

There was no training program for college freshers. This led to tremendous difficulties later on. Managers were very inconsiderate and wanted us to work at the pace of senior developers. There are no other benefits apart from salary, not even subsidised lunch. The company is very slow growing even though it has been around for long and has next to no facilities. Company culture is very poor and some of the oldest people behave however they wish with others. There is very poor communication and documentation leading to a lot of wastage in time. Work Details

It was very difficult because there was no proper training program. I was among the first batch of freshers ever to be hired by the company and my manager was not considerate of this. He wanted me to work at the pace of a senior developer.
