Most of the things are not ok here, it's an MNC run like a Lala company in India. The office is full of politics with no worklife balance. No employee oriented policies, you would be working overtime more often than not. Don't fall for good reviews, more often than not the Manager or HR would personally sit on your shoulder and makeyou fill gleaming reviews on sites like this. No good talent stays here for long.
