you can learn lot of things in less time as work pressure is more. You don't have any personal life.

Work pressure is more. Less Job Security.Leaders are not professional.If you are leaving on time after finishing your work then this is not good because they are telling that you are not responsible person if you are leaving from office before 10:00 PM. No extra benefits for SAT,SUN working.

Initial salary for freshers is good in Accord and team leaders and managers are friendly and supportive
