Plenty of time at hand when no product deliveries Decent work environment

Lot of politics. Only few people get to grow here. Things have become worst after covid situation. All that matters to management is product delivery. After that they won't care about employee. Many talented people have left the company. I personally faced lot of disappointment here. Same can be said for my team mates. Others opinion/experience may differ.
