Job security is good, but at the cost of lower than industry average CTC. Leave policy is good People are nice.

The company management promised pay-raise in Nov2020 stating that by april2021 they will provide raise and today is Jan2022, no pay raise yet. Last pay-raise was 3years ago. They made employees work more hours, weekends with the hope of payraise and work life balance became a joke. Work Details

I work as Sr. Systems Engineer Embedded Hardware. The job is fun initially but due to mismanagement many seniors left as a result there were no one to guide, I had 3year bond so could not quit. Later I learnt myself but problem is very low pay.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

For join as fresher it is good organization.

Dislikes

Management is not giving salary hike in time. They will keep part of your salary as arrears. If you are till the financial year you can get the arrears. Otherwise you need to just forget.

As I joined as a fresher and about 5years i am working for accord. Initially learning apportunity is available later on we need work more related to management. They will not give hike in time.
