There isn't much to elaborate on regarding what I like about this organization

Dislikes

There is absolutely no job security in this Organization and I strongly advise against joining. They initially offer a high salary to entice you, ensuring you don't reject the offer. This is because they dont want to lose client billing and business from their customers. The senior management and leadership team lack ethics and moral support and they are the main culprits, skilfully playing their cards. Intially they hire the people from the market, but after few months, they attempt to replace with existing employees who are on the bench. HR claims its a hybrid model, but once who joins the project, management insists on a full-time office presence. Infact, its better tell in advance about work from office, instead of giving false promises to the new joiners. Also there are no good projects to learn technically in this Organization....Read More

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!
