Managers are condescending and offer zero support. Appraisals are either delayed or skipped entirely, and increments are barely noticeable. Horrible management, toxic work culture, no appraisals, and insulting salary hikes. Employees are treated as machines, not humans. Save yourself the stress!

I am working in accionlabs from past 8 months. But my experience is very Bad at it's core.. Women employees are totally ignored and they are targeted by giving mental torture.In Mumbai office after the office hours, someone in a team of my project is coming closely with me and misbehaved with me.
