The company has assisted, with innovations. I'm grateful to still have a job, even with the current on-going in the country. I have great colleagues, and a sweet supervisor who assists with growth and he doesn't leave us hanging. The management has assisted with frequent and precise pay without delay. I love being here

There is a need for Contracts staff improvement and grades as regards class, but it keeps your mind open to be more focus. The Distance is really another thing, i believe Access bank should have offices on the Mainland also which represent parts of the head-office for people who stay on the mainland, as traffic affects all, health wise. As regard job security, i really avoid errors, but the salary and appraisal has not been reviewed, as I'm still within my first year. Also, there should be a shuffle between different teams and locations so as to assist learn better....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

More customers few staff. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Majority of their employees are support staff, proper training is not given to new joinees before giving a major role to play.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to job rotation and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
