Positives are they have hell lot of policies on everything like respect, harassment etc etc. They really come up some good initiatives as in Accenture. I believe Accenture is so good, but few projects are terrible.

Dislikes

Sadly 90% of the times, those policies are just policies and no one follows it. And there is no proper recognition for those who work honestly and hard. Those who just pretend to do something, and just talk good and impress higher level employees for their benefits. And knowledge is not at all required here, you just need to know what to do at what time that's it.
